Who was the person that invented razzles?

Razzles were not invented by a single person, but rather by a team of inventors working for the Leaf Gum Company in the early 1960s. The team was led by William Wrigley, Jr., who owned the company at the time. The candy was ultimately formulated in 1966 by a team led by William E. "Bill" Mitchell.
