How does Antigone break a moral law in

Antigone breaks the moral law by burying her brother.

In the play, Antigone decides to bury her brother, Polynices, who was killed as a traitor to Thebes. This is against the law of the land, as Polynices was deemed a traitor and his body was ordered to be left unburied. Antigone believes that she has a moral obligation to bury her brother, as she sees it as a sacred duty to honor the dead. By burying Polynices, Antigone is defying the authority of the state and risking her own life. However, she believes that her moral duty to her brother is more important than the law of the land.
