If I have Prime material dragon and bad reaction to simochi in play at the same time what happens when use something like Ookazi damage an lifepoints?

Prime material dragon's gains you life points equal to the monsters attack that inflicts the damage, however bad reaction to Simochi effect states "any damage or healing is equal 0 this turn". So your wouldn't gain any life points in this situation.
