How do you capture the electric bird Pokemon in power plant fire red Game Boy Advance?

You can capture the Electric Pokémon Zapdos in the Power Plant on the second floor in Pokémon FireRed. First use Strength and Rock Smash to move the boulders blocking the way. Once you encounter the Legendary Bird Pokémon, remember that it is the only Pokémon in the battle. Make sure to lower Zapdos's health. You will need to use Quick Balls or Ultra Balls to catch it. It is also helpful to use a Pokémon with the move Sleep or Hypnosis to put it to sleep before trying to catch it.
