In Pokemon platinum can you ride up the ramps in a small area?

In Pokemon Platinum, you can ride up certain ramps using a Pokemon called Ride Pokemon. These Pokemon are usually found outside of towns or cities, and can be used to navigate the various areas of the game world. Some Ride Pokemon that can be used to ride up ramps in Pokemon Platinum are Mach Bike, Floatzel, and Rapidash.
