Does slifer the sky dragon keep gaining attack points according to crds you drawing until end of duel?

Slifer the Sky Dragon's effect to gain 1000 ATK for each card in your hand only lasts until the end of the Damage Step it was activated in. If you draw more cards after that Damage Step, they will not increase Slifer's ATK further that turn.
