What happens on Wheel of Fortune if no one solves the 2000 dollar puzzle?

The puzzle becomes a Toss Up round, where consonants cost nothing instead of $500; vowels $250 instead of $2500 per guess. Correct responses award the value of the Toss Up puzzle only ($2000) and no bonuses; the contestant cannot take a solve. If no contestant gives a right answer on the Toss Up, the puzzle repeats as another Toss Up in the next round with the values remaining the same until solved or lost with three strikes.
