- A helmet with a mouthpiece mount
- A mouthpiece
- A set of screws
- A screwdriver
1. Locate the mouthpiece mount on the helmet. This is usually a small, rectangular or oval-shaped piece of plastic located on the front of the helmet, just below the visor.
2. Remove the screws that hold the mouthpiece mount in place. There are usually two or three screws that need to be removed.
3. Place the mouthpiece on the mouthpiece mount. Make sure that the mouthpiece is aligned correctly with the mount.
4. Replace the screws that you removed in step 2. Tighten the screws until the mouthpiece is securely attached to the helmet.
Here are some tips for attaching a mouthpiece to a helmet:
- Use a screwdriver that is the correct size for the screws. A screwdriver that is too large will damage the screws.
- Do not overtighten the screws. This could damage the mouthpiece or the helmet.
- If you have any questions about how to attach a mouthpiece to a helmet, consult with the helmet manufacturer.
