How do you catch seaking in Pokemon ruby?

You can't catch Seaking in Pokemon Ruby! Seaking is the evolved form of Seel, and it only evolves by leveling up in Pokemon Ruby.

Here's how to catch and evolve Seel:

1. Find Seel: You can find Seel in the Route 120, Route 121, and Route 125 areas. They are relatively common, so keep your eyes peeled!

2. Catch Seel: Use your Poké Balls to catch the Seel. Be careful, as it might try to run away!

3. Level Up Seel: Level up your Seel by battling wild Pokémon or by using Rare Candies. Once it reaches level 32, it will evolve into Seaking.

Remember that the Seaking you evolve in Pokemon Ruby will not know the move "Ice Shard" that Seaking learns in later games.
