In Pokemon soul silver how do you move the Snorlax from in front of diglett cave?

You can't move the Snorlax in front of Diglett's Cave in Pokémon SoulSilver. It's a plot device that's there to block your path until you progress further in the game.

Here's how you get past Snorlax:

1. Talk to the old man outside the cave. He'll tell you about a way to wake up Snorlax.

2. Head to the nearby Goldenrod City.

3. Visit the Department Store and go to the 4th floor.

4. Talk to the man on the left. He'll give you a Poké Flute.

5. Return to Snorlax and use the Poké Flute on it. This will wake Snorlax up and allow you to pass.

Remember, you can't actually battle or capture the Snorlax at this point. It's purely a plot element.
