In catching fire who is picked up by a capitol hovercraft?

In Catching Fire, Johanna Mason is picked up by a Capitol hovercraft after the Quarter Quell games.

She is the victor of the 72nd Hunger Games and, during the Quarter Quell, she is forced to compete again. After she survives the arena with Katniss and Peeta, Johanna is extracted by a hovercraft as she is considered a valuable asset to the Capitol.
