Owdo you get a lunar ribbon on Pokemon Red mystery dungeon?

You can't get a Lunar Ribbon in Pokémon Red Mystery Dungeon. The Lunar Ribbon was introduced in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, which came out much later.

There are no ribbons at all in the original Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games (Red, Blue, and Rescue Team).

You can, however, obtain ribbons in later Mystery Dungeon games like:

* Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky: These games have the first ribbons.

* Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity: This game introduced the Lunar Ribbon.

If you're playing Pokémon Red Mystery Dungeon, you can't get ribbons. Focus on enjoying the classic adventure and building a strong team!
