Where is focus punch in Pokemon Liquid Crystal?

Focus Punch is not available in Pokemon Liquid Crystal. This is because it is a move introduced in Generation IV (Diamond and Pearl), while Liquid Crystal is a Generation III (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald) hack.
