Where is the trick master after you beat all his puzzles in Pokemon emerald?

The Trick Master isn't in Pokemon Emerald! He's actually a character in Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum.

In those games, after you defeat the Trick Master in all his puzzle challenges, he will appear at the Valley Windworks on Route 212. He'll be standing near the entrance, ready to challenge you again.
