You can catch Moltres only once in Pokémon FireRed. After you catch it, it will not respawn.
Keep in mind that Moltres is a legendary Pokémon, meaning it is very rare and powerful. To catch it, you'll need to prepare well with strong Pokémon, good Poké Balls (Ultra Balls or Master Balls are recommended), and plenty of potions.
