Reshiram is the exclusive Legendary Pokémon for Pokémon White. You can obtain it after defeating the Elite Four and becoming the Champion. It will be waiting for you in the Victory Road at the very end of the game.
If you want to get Reshiram, you'll need to trade with someone who owns Pokémon White.
