How do you catch Steelix in Pokemon Ranger?

You cannot catch Steelix in Pokemon Ranger. Steelix is a Steel/Ground type Pokemon and was not available in any of the Pokemon Ranger games.

The Pokemon Ranger games focused on capturing Pokemon using a Capture Styler rather than traditional battling. While the games featured a wide variety of Pokemon, Steelix was not one of them.
