Entei is a Legendary Pokemon exclusive to Pokemon Diamond. You can find it in the Spear Pillar after defeating the Elite Four and Champion Cynthia.
Unfortunately, there is no way to get Entei in Pokemon Pearl. If you're really keen on getting this fiery Pokemon, you'll need to play Pokemon Diamond.
