How do you complete the quest Supersonic Punch on Castlevania Portrait of Ruin?

The Supersonic Punch is a skill acquired by Charlotte after receiving the Soul of Richter (Richter's Soul). To perform this skill, the player must press and hold the UP and then press and hold the A button. Charlotte will then perform a Superhuman Punch.
