Why Jason Narvy play in power ranger samurai?

Jason Narvy did not play in the Power Ranger Samurai series. He played the character of Eugene "Skull" Skullovitch in the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series and its subsequent seasons, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie and Mighty Morphin Alien Rangers. He also reprised the role of Skull in the Power Rangers Super Megaforce episode "Legendary Battle".
