1. Turn off the power to the floor lamp.
2. Locate the fuse box. This is usually a small, plastic box located on the back or bottom of the lamp.
3. Open the fuse box by removing the cover.
4. Look for the blown fuse. It will be a small, glass or ceramic cylinder with a metal cap on each end. The blown fuse will have a dark or discolored spot.
5. Remove the blown fuse by gently pulling it out of the fuse holder.
6. Replace the blown fuse with a new fuse of the same size and type.
7. Close the fuse box and replace the cover.
8. Turn the power back on to the floor lamp.
