- Check the fuel valve: Make sure the fuel valve is turned on. If it is, try turning it off and then back on again.
- Check the fuel filter: The fuel filter may be clogged, preventing fuel from reaching the carburetor. Remove the fuel filter and inspect it. If it is clogged, replace it.
- Check the spark plug: The spark plug may be fouled or damaged, preventing the engine from starting. Remove the spark plug and inspect it. If it is fouled, clean it or replace it.
- Check the battery: The battery may be dead or weak, preventing the engine from starting. Check the battery voltage using a voltmeter. If the battery voltage is below 12 volts, charge or replace the battery.
- Check the ignition switch: The ignition switch may be damaged or faulty, preventing the engine from starting. Try turning the ignition switch off and then back on again. If the engine does not start, you may need to replace the ignition switch.
- Check the tilt sensor: The tilt sensor may be tripped, which prevents the engine from starting. Look for a small sensor near the oil pan. If the sensor is tripped, turn the motorcycle upright.
If none of these solutions work, you may need to take your motorcycle to a mechanic for further diagnosis and repair.
