Instructions

1. Cut the following pieces from the 1/8" thick black acrylic:

* 2 - 12" x 12" rectangles

* 2 - 6" x 12" rectangles

* 2 - 4" x 12" rectangles

* 2 - 2" x 12" rectangles

* 2 - 1" x 12" rectangles

2. Cut the following pieces from the 1/4" thick black acrylic:

* 2 - 6" x 12" rectangles

* 2 - 4" x 12" rectangles

* 2 - 2" x 12" rectangles

* 2 - 1" x 12" rectangles

3. Cut the following pieces from the 1/8" thick clear acrylic:

* 2 - 3" x 3" squares

4. Assemble the helmet frame using the PVC pipes and couplings.

5. Drill holes in the acrylic pieces to mount them to the helmet frame.

6. Glue the acrylic pieces to the helmet frame.

7. Paint the helmet black.

8. Add any desired details to the helmet.
