To use these cheats, you will need an R4 flashcard and the "R4 CheatXtreme" utility.
1. Download the "R4 CheatXtreme" utility and extract it to your computer.
2. Open the "R4 CheatXtreme" utility and click on the "Add" button.
3. Select the Pokemon Diamond ROM you want to add cheats to and click "OK".
4. Click on the "Cheats" tab and enter the cheat codes you want to use.
