How did destiny child get together?

Destiny's Child was formed in Houston, Texas in 1990 by Beyoncé Knowles, Kelly Rowland, and LaTavia Roberson. The group was originally known as Girl's Tyme and was managed by Beyoncé's father, Mathew Knowles. In 1993, the group signed with Elektra Records and released their debut album, Destiny's Child. The album was a commercial success, selling over six million copies worldwide and spawning the hit singles "No, No, No" and "Say My Name."

In 1995, LeToya Luckett and LaTavia Roberson were replaced by Michelle Williams and Farrah Franklin. The new lineup released their second album, The Writing's on the Wall, in 1999. The album was a massive success, selling over ten million copies worldwide and spawning the hit singles "Bills, Bills, Bills," "Jumpin', Jumpin'," and "Say My Name."

In 2001, Farrah Franklin left the group and Destiny's Child continued as a trio. They released their third album, Survivor, in 2001. The album was another commercial success, selling over six million copies worldwide and spawning the hit singles "Independent Women Part I," "Bootylicious," and "Survivor."

In 2002, Destiny's Child released their fourth and final album, Destiny Fulfilled. The album was a commercial success, selling over five million copies worldwide and spawning the hit singles "Lose My Breath," "Soldier," and "Girl."

In 2006, Destiny's Child disbanded and the members went on to pursue solo careers. Beyoncé has released six solo albums, Kelly Rowland has released four solo albums, and Michelle Williams has released three solo albums.
