Where do you find the gym 5 in pokemon firered?

You can't find Gym 5 in Pokemon FireRed. There are only 8 gyms in the game, and Gym 5 is located in Vermilion City. It is led by Lt. Surge, who specializes in Electric-type Pokémon.
