How do you get misty the gym leader to give engine in Pokemon heartgold?

You don't get Engine from Misty, the Gym Leader of Cerulean City in Pokemon HeartGold. Engine is a TM, and you can obtain it in a couple of ways:

* Buy it: You can purchase TM50 (Engine) at the Game Corner in Goldenrod City for 2000 coins.

* Find it: You can find TM50 (Engine) in a secret room behind the waterfall in Ilex Forest. The room is accessible by using Strength on the waterfall.

Misty does not offer Engine or any other TMs.
