1. Obtain the "Regi Trio Key Items"
* Regirock: You need the "Iron Plate". Find it in the "Celestic Town" house that requires Strength to enter.
* Regice: You need the "Metal Coat". You can find it in the "Snowpoint Temple" after defeating the Gym Leader.
* Registeel: You need the "Heatran's Plate". You'll get it from Heatran in the "Stark Mountain".
2. Locate the Registeel's Tomb
* The Registeel's tomb is found in the "Iron Island," accessible by traveling north from "Canalave City".
3. Enter the Tomb and Use the Key Item
* Enter the Registeel's tomb and proceed through its various puzzles until you reach a room with a large, metallic structure.
* Use the corresponding Key Item (Iron Plate for Regirock, Metal Coat for Regice, Heatran's Plate for Registeel) on the structure to awaken the Regi.
Important Notes:
* Order of awakening doesn't matter: You can awaken the Regis in any order you wish.
* They are not required for the story: The Regis are optional encounters.
* They are powerful: The Regis are very strong, so prepare to face a challenge.
* They can only be caught once: If you defeat a Regi, you won't be able to encounter it again.
