Flash Gordon is a science fiction character created by Alex Raymond in 1934. He was originally featured in a comic strip, and has since appeared in numerous other media, including films, television shows, and video games.
While there have been some collaborations between Flash Gordon and DC Comics characters (such as in the "DC Comics Presents" series), Flash Gordon is owned by King Features Syndicate, not DC Comics.
