When does the latias and latios event happen in Pokemon mystery dungeon red rescue team?

Latias and Latios are not obtainable in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team. They are exclusive to Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time, Explorers of Darkness, and Explorers of Sky.

There is no event in Red Rescue Team where you can encounter or recruit Latias or Latios.
