Where is rita skeeter in Lego Harry Potter years 1-4?

Rita Skeeter doesn't actually appear in the Lego Harry Potter Years 1-4 game. She is a character that first appears in the Harry Potter books (and later films) during Harry's fourth year, which would correspond to the Lego Harry Potter Years 5-7.

While you might expect to see her in the "Goblet of Fire" sections of the game due to her role in the Triwizard Tournament, she's unfortunately absent.
