What level haunter evolve in Pokemon crystal meboy?

Haunter does not evolve in Pokemon Crystal (or any other mainline Pokemon game). Haunter is the final evolution of Gastly and Gengar is the only evolution of Haunter.

There are no special methods to evolve Haunter in Pokemon Crystal. It remains as Haunter and can't be evolved further.
