Where is feebas in Pokemon Red mystery dungeon?

Feebas is not found in Pokemon Red Mystery Dungeon. It was introduced in Generation III (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald), and Pokemon Red Mystery Dungeon is a Generation II game.
