Different lights do make me strange and makes into differerent sizes?

Different lights can indeed affect the way you or objects appear, but they don't physically change your size or form. Different lighting conditions can have various impacts:

Color and Contrast: Different light sources emit different spectrums of light, which can make colors appear slightly differently. Similarly, the contrast between objects and their background may be affected by lighting conditions.

Brightness and Shadows: The intensity and direction of light can cast shadows, which can alter the perceived size and shape of objects. For instance, strong side lighting may create prominent shadows that change the overall appearance.

Perception and Mood: Lighting can influence how we perceive our surroundings and even our mood. For example, warm lighting may create a cozy and relaxed feeling, while bright, cool lighting may feel more energetic or sterile.

Illusions: Some lighting tricks, such as chiaroscuro in art, can create optical illusions that make objects appear distorted or larger than they are.

Reflection and Absorption: Different materials reflect or absorb light differently. This can affect the way an object appears under different lighting conditions.

Photography and Optics: In photography and optics, specialized lighting techniques can be used to manipulate the appearance of subjects and create special effects.

It's important to note that while lighting can make things look different, it does not physically alter their size or shape. The size of an object remains the same regardless of the light conditions.
