Explain soliloquy in his orchard at the beginning of act 2?

At the beginning of Act 2 of William Shakespeare's play "Hamlet," there is no soliloquy in the orchard. The second act of the play opens with a brief exchange between Claudius and Gertrude in the King's closet.
