How do you youse the eon ticket?

1. Go to the Lilycove City Harbor: Speak to the Sailors.

2. Select Eon Ticket**.

3. Fly or Sail to Southern Island.

4. Find the Ruins: Go East of the City.

5. Find the NPC on Left: Speak with him.

6. Show Him Your Ticket: He'll give you the Scanner.
