Can a micro sd memory card be used in psp or ps vita?

A micro SD memory card cannot be used in a PSP or PS Vita.

The PSP uses a Memory Stick Duo or Memory Stick Pro Duo, while the PS Vita uses a proprietary PS Vita memory card. Micro SD memory cards are not compatible with either of these devices.
