How to Obtain the Poké Flute:
1. Find the hidden waterfall behind the Goldenrod City Gym. You'll need to use Surf to reach the waterfall.
2. Inside the cave behind the waterfall, you'll find the Poké Flute.
Once you have the Poké Flute, you can use it to wake Snorlax, who is blocking the path between Goldenrod and Ecruteak City.
