- Exit the Olivine Gym and talk to Professor Elm, who is standing in front of the entrance. He will congratulates you for your victory and give you the Rise Badge and TM70 (Flash).
- Head back to Cianwood City and talk to Mr. Pokemon for a rematch if wanted.
- Head back to Olivine City and talk to the receptionist at the lighthouse. She will let you access the lighthouse, where you can find the seventh gym leader, Chuck.
- Once inside the lighthouse, use the lifts to reach the top, where you can battle Gym Leader Chuck for the Storm Badge.
