How did Celine Dion met Rene?

Céline Dion first met René Angélil when she was just 12 years old. In 1981, René heard a demo recording of one of Celine's songs and was convinced she had talent. At the time, René was 38 years old and the manager of Ginette Reno, a prominent pop singer in Canada.

Seeing potential in the young Celine, René took her under his wing, eventually becoming both her manager and her lover. Their professional relationship quickly blossomed into a personal one, and in 1994, they got married.

They remained happily married and went on to have three children, René-Charles, and twins, Eddy and Nelson, before René's passing in 2016.
