Did Ilan Ramon land on the moon?

Ilan Ramon did not land on the Moon. He was an Israeli astronaut who flew aboard the Space Shuttle Columbia on the STS-107 mission in 2003. The mission ended tragically when the Space Shuttle disintegrated upon re-entry into Earth's atmosphere, resulting in the death of all seven crew members, including Ramon.
