1. Stand with your feet together and your body straight.
2. Raise your right hand and bend your arm so that your fingers are pointing up.
3. Raise your left foot and cross it in front of your right foot, bending your knee so that your foot is flat on the ground.
4. Keep your right hand raised and point your fingers toward your left palm.
5. Take a step forward with your left foot and bend your knee so that your hips are low.
6. Straighten your left leg and raise your right leg behind you, bending your knee so that your hips are still low.
7. Repeat steps 3-6 to create a dance.
