- Awit-A dance characterized by an interplay between the fan in the dancer’s hand and various parts of the body. As if the performers body language is singing while the fan compliments it in perfect harmony
* Dandansoy- A graceful dance that depicts the delicate balance of a bamboo pole on a dancer’s shoulder as it is swiveled and tossed into the air.
* Idudu- A dance that represents the courtship of roosters. Roosters would usually do this by flapping their wings and dancing about.
* Linayog- A lively and energetic dance that imitates the movements of pestle pounding into mortar. It shows off the Ilocano’s hard working character and their perseverance even amid strenuous labor.
* Sarong Bato- Dancers perform intricate spins and kicks around a coconut shell placed on the ground. Each dancer skillfully avoids stepping and knocking the coconut while performing a routine that showcase athleticism and balance.
