When did Gee Bee Model Z happen?

The Gee Bee Model Z, also known as the Granville Brothers Gee Bee Z, was an American racing aircraft designed and built by Granville Brothers Aircraft specifically for air racing competition during the Golden Age of Aviation. Only one example was built, which first flew on July 9, 1931.
