How do you dance the Dougie?

The Dougie is a line dance that originated from Dallas, Texas in the early 2000s. It was made popular by the rapper Lil' Will, who released the song "My Dougie" in 2010. The dance is relatively easy to learn and can be performed by people of all ages. Here are the basic steps to dancing the Dougie:

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.

2. Bend your knees slightly and lean your body forward from the waist.

3. Swing your right arm back and then forward, making a circular motion.

4. As you swing your right arm forward, step forward with your right foot.

5. Swing your left arm back and then forward, making a circular motion.

6. As you swing your left arm forward, step forward with your left foot.

7. Repeat steps 3-6, alternating arms and feet.

8. As you dance, keep your body loose and your movements smooth.
