Tariktik, a traditional dance form from Arunachal Pradesh, India, involves several basic dance steps. Some fundamental moves used in tariktik include:

Foot-Stomping: This is the most basic step. Dancers vigorously stamp their feet on the ground in a continuous rhythm, creating a pounding effect.

Toe Touching: Dancers alternate between stomping their feet and quickly bending down to touch the ground with their toes.

Turning: Dancers take turns facing the center of the circle and rotating their bodies in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction while keeping their feet planted.

Jumping: Dancers spring into the air with both or one foot simultaneously and land back down with a stomp or a controlled movement.
