How do you dance gallop step?

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes pointed forward.

2. Bend your knees slightly and shift your weight to your right foot.

3. Step forward with your left foot, landing on the ball of your foot.

4. As you step forward, simultaneously push off your right foot and extend your right leg behind you.

5. Keep your left knee slightly bent and your right leg straight.

6. Hold this position for a moment, then return to the starting position.

7. Repeat steps 2-6, alternating feet.

Here are some tips for dancing the gallop step:

* Keep your movements smooth and fluid.

* Don't overextend your legs or bend your knees too much.

* Keep your core engaged and your back straight.

* Look forward and keep your head up.

* Practice the gallop step slowly at first, then gradually increase your speed.
