2. Click the "File" menu and select "New".
3. In the "New Score" dialog box, select the "Template" tab.
4. Under the "Instruments" section, select "Empty Score".
5. Click the "OK" button to create a new score.
6. Click the "View" menu and select "Score Setup".
7. In the "Score Setup" dialog box, click the "Define Time Signatures" button.
8. In the "Define Time Signatures" dialog box, click the "Add" button.
9. In the "Add Time Signature" dialog box, enter "70" in the "Beats per bar" field.
10. Select "Crotchet" from the "Note value" drop-down menu.
11. Click the "OK" button to add the new time signature.
12. Click the "OK" button to close the "Define Time Signatures" dialog box.
13. Click the "OK" button to close the "Score Setup" dialog box.
14. Enter notes into the score. The crotchet beat will be set to 70.
