2. Visualize yourself giving a great performance. Imagine yourself standing on stage, confident and relaxed, and delivering your talent to the best of your ability.
3. Focus on the positive. Don't dwell on your fears or worries. Instead, focus on the things you're good at and the reasons why you're excited to perform.
4. Remember that everyone is nervous. Even the most experienced performers get nervous before a show. It's perfectly normal to feel a little bit scared. Just take a few deep breaths and remind yourself that you're capable of doing this.
5. Don't be afraid to make mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes. The important thing is to not let them get to you. Just keep going and focus on giving your best performance.
6. Be confident. Even if you don't feel confident, try to project confidence on stage. Stand up tall, make eye contact with the audience, and speak clearly and confidently.
7. Have fun! The most important thing is to enjoy yourself. If you're having fun, the audience will be too.
