This involves bending the knees slightly and bouncing side to side with the rhythm in different directions while moving your weight to your heels at first, and then to the balls of your feet. This involves using your whole core. Your core is composed of muscles that hold together and cover the abdominal spine and ribs; your core goes all the way around your bottom rib down towards your pelvic bone. So this means you will be using everything from above your belly button going downwards on both the front, sides, and all the way around to your lower tailbone in your core!
